TBI Distribution Group –
Retooled entire accounting general ledger and re-classified the 3 divisions including proper classification of General Ledger codes to consolidate financial reporting and inter-company eliminations in Quickbooks, created an accounting policies and procedures manual and revamped current corporate manual. This prepared company for external audit process and subsequent external audits. Prepared final reporting for 2006 -2007 and 2008 and related notes to financial statements. Implemented a daily batch process and prepared FP&A and Business Analysis which lead to final rolling budgeting process and ultimate turnaround for company.
Carolina Restaurant Group –
Performed extensive inventory research and extensive asset accounting. Supervised and performed reporting on daily sales, cost of goods sold (by recipe) and gross profit for a 89 store Wendy's Franchised locations. Assisted CFO in acquisition of a 36 store Wendy's franchise in Melbourne Florida.
Source Technologies –
Performed extensive research for preparation of tax package for 50 states sales tax , with review of compliance and filings. Preparation of Tax package for 38 states franchise tax and 5 Entity (LLC) Federal Tax package including Fin 48 and FAS 109.
Flagstar Mortgage
Performed all aspects of accounting and payroll functions for Jacksonville Florida Mortgage Lender. Calculated commissions, disbursed payroll and performed budgets , FP& A , Month End reporting and analysis.
